I had ambitions to set up my own company for many years. Whilst I felt I had the energy and ideas to set up by myself, I lacked the business experience, acumen and strategy needed.
With limited access to credit and a family to take care of I needed to be sure of my business plan. Jenny’s knowledge, expertise and the time that she took getting to know me as a person helped me to identify the things that were most important to me in setting up my business. Her ability to forecast and plan for all eventualities, including many that I hadn’t thought of, means that after a year into opening my business things are exactly as we had predicted and planned, if not better. Jenny has always been there for me as things have developed and unexpected snags have needed solving.

In our first session, we covered a number of different aspects of my job and my career to date and I walked away with three well-defined objectives. These were aspects I needed to work on, which Jenny helped me to identify as potentially inhibiting my development.
The identification of the underlying areas was arrived at in a non-intrusive, reflective and circumspect fashion. The objectives are highly relevant to my ability to develop more freely; and the follow-up actions were communicated very clearly.
